Long Island’s connection to the potato is celebrated on the East End.

Potato lovers head to the Peconic Bay Winery on the East End for Long Island's first Potato Festival.
This festival celebrates potatoes in all forms - chips, real Mr. Potato Heads decorated with vegetables, flavored chipstix, and more. Attendees can also enjoy live music, do a beanbag toss, and even compete in a mashed potato eating contest.
Funds raised through ticket sales are being donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
