The Mother Cabrini Festival is the largest Italian festival on Long Island, drawing in thousands of visitors each year. They get to enjoy 30 rides, live music, and more food than they can handle.

At this year's festival, schoolkids get a behind-the-scenes education, learning about the physics of carnival rides.
