We catch up with Suffolk County Treasurer Angie Carpenter as she is sworn in for her second term.  As Treasurer, Carpenter is the Chief Investment Officer of Suffolk County.  With a budget of $2.7 billion, she aims to protect it for the taxpayers.  Growing up in a poor household, she learned to save and value whatever money she had.  If only her parents would be here to see her get sworn in, they would be so proud.
