Suffolk County’s Office of Women’s Services inducted another class of outstanding women in their Suffolk County Women’s Hall of Fame.

uffolk County's Office of Women's Services inducts seven outstanding and successful women into the Suffolk County Women's Hall of Fame.  Their pictures will be hung up in the Dennison building for all to see.  One of these extraordinary women has built a non-profit organization called the Brooke Ellison Project, that provides education and involvement in stem cell research.  Another worked as a town clerk in the Town of Islip, and was the only African American elected in 311 years.
