We go on a tour at the Northeast Solar Energy Research Center, where Brookhaven National Laboratory technicians study advanced solar energy technology. They are testing how the electricity is delivered from solar and renewable energy into the electric grid.
One of the ultimate goals they are striving towards is providing consistent energy for those using solar power in their homes.
