DJ Miller, the up-and-coming 21-year old country artist visited the My Country FM Studios in Ronkonkoma.
Millers country roots stem from his father, who was the lead singer in a country-rock band for 30 years. It began when I was two, says Miller, I would go with him to all his shows and stand up on stage with him.
Being his fathers side-kick performer throughout his childhood was the first step towards getting his start in the music business. After high school, Miller went right to the heart of country music: Nashville, Tennessee.
From playing occasional gigs, to becoming a regular performer at Tootsies Lounge, Miller was given a record deal just one year later with Evergreen Records.
