Childhood friends, Burchill and Maynard opened their first breakfast eatery in 2005 in Huntersville, North Carolina, which today includes locations across the country. Recently, they cut the ribbon to their 35th location in Commack, NY

 

Most unique to Famous Toastery and what enables the restaurant’s exceptional service, is its unique “every server is your server” service approach.  “From taking orders to bringing the check, and everything in between, each and every one of our servers is here to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience,” said Brian Burchill, co-founder, Famous Toastery, who also grew up in Centereach, just down the street from Maynard.
