Long Island's North Fork, one of the finest wine growing regions in the world, and home to Waters Crest Winery, a family-run operation owned by Jim and Linda Waters.

We are Long Island's first premiere 'Garagiste', a term used in the Bordeaux region of France to typically describe a wine maker who creates precious wines in the most unique fashion. 
Jim Waters, home winemaker turned award-winning professional, produces limited edition, high quality boutique wines that are as delicious as they are unique. The grapes that go into the Waters Crest wines are carefully hand-selected from local growers, and Jim Waters' expertise in selecting only the highest quality fruit is the inevitable precursor to making the fine wines for which Waters Crest is nationally recognized.

In 2015, Waters Crest wines scored six, 90+point wines in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast. Our 2007 CR, 2010 CR, 2007 Bookends, 2010 Bookends, 2010 Merlot 'Grand Vin', and 2006 Night Watch.

Come visit our NEW Tasting Room in Cutchogue (right across the street from Wickham's Farm Stand in the red brick building), and sample the first of many fine wines on our tasting menu. 

Our wine is made with love, passion, and commitment to the terroir of the North Fork.
