Republican Candidate Grant Lally runs for office in New York's 3rd Congressional District.
He discusses some constructive ways he plans to help the local communities if he is elected. For instance, he aims to lower taxes, which will in turn help the economy grow. He also talks about the current common issues with Obamacare, and how the healthcare system is hurting many who have had their insurances canceled.
